The Lowdown: Location & Danger Level

Location: Between Diamond City and the Charles River. It’s practically neighbors with Hangman’s Alley (the best Survival Mode settlement, fight me).

1. The Entry Fragger

As soon as you load into the interior, DO NOT RUSH. There is a hallway immediately to your left. The Raiders here love to funnel you into the main showroom where they have the high ground.

If you check the terminals in other Raider locations (like the Corvega Assembly Plant), you can sometimes find correspondence between Raider gangs. Clutch is known in the Raider network; taking her out actually disrupts the local gang ecosystem.

Hidden Details & Secrets

The Trap-Door Mechanic: Be careful on the stairs. There are often tripwires or bathroom scales rigged to explosives. Spam your V.A.T.S. button while walking to highlight mines before you step on them.

The River Entrance: Did you know there are two ways in? Most people use the front door, but there is a back entrance facing the river promenade. It’s arguably a worse tactical entry point because you walk right into the firing line, but it’s a good escape route if things go south.
